Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations – Gold Seal
The Gold Seal of Approval™ from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is awarded to facilities that exceed the Commission’s high standards for health care quality and safety.

All CareMeridian facilities have received the Gold Seal of Approval™, with the exception of our newest facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Garden Grove, California, which are still pending certification.

CARF International
CareMeridian recently received accreditation for its Scottsdale facility from CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities – an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. CARF accreditation seeks conformance with a commonly held higher standard, with its roots in patient-centered care, and a focus on measured patient outcomes. This is the first of CareMeridian facilities undertaking the process for CARF accreditation.
