Little things matter.

The way a patient moves or responds to therapy. A smile. A first step or a sign of recognition.

Through specialized testing, we know that customized interventions make a difference. We measure the little steps of recovery that are needed to make the big changes, rather than only measuring the big changes themselves.

At CareMeridian, we treat the whole patient – physically, psychologically and personally. The primary treatment plan we follow is the patient’s own individual plan. Each person is different, so our approach to each patient is as unique as they are.

We look at each patient as a life that is going to improve.

Every member of our team knows each and every patient, and they are personally involved in every aspect of their care.

Experience matters.

We take medically complex cases – those that don’t necessarily fit into any categories or traditional treatment methodologies. Some may say that these medically complex patients have little to no hope of getting better – but we know different.

When you work with these individuals as much as we do, you know that while it may take longer, we can almost always help them improve. Some patients are here, quite frankly, because other facilities can’t monitor patients as well as we can or provide the kind of specialized care these patients require. Others don’t have the clinical expertise or track record, or have the staff-to-patient ratios necessary to provide 24-hour, individualized care.

You matter. And CareMeridian is with you all along the way.

We want you to know you are not alone. We want you to feel as at home as possible in our facilities, be with your family member and participate in their recovery, and receive the help you need, both medically and psychologically, to care for your loved one.

Most of all, we want you to know there is hope. We love our patients – and we never give up.
