CareMeridian entered the Arizona marketplace in 2009 with its 31-bed facility in Phoenix providing care to patients with needs ranging from multiple trauma, fractures, tracheostomy care, wound care, and spinal cord injuries to severe traumatic brain injury.   The location offers a 4:1 patient-to staff ratio, state-of-the art equipment and individualized care plans.

Our Scottsdale location (8 beds) provides daily living assistance and support services to participants who have been discharged from a hospital or other more intensive rehabilitation facility, but still face physical, psychological and social challenges as they work towards increased independence and community integration.
