CareMeridian offers 16 post acute facilities throughout California (Northern — Bay Area; Central — Fresno and Sacramento; and Southern — Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego).  These facilities provide care to patients with needs ranging from multiple trauma, fractures, tracheostomy care, wound care, and spinal cord injuries to severe traumatic brain injury.   Each location offers a 4:1 patient-to staff ratio, state-of-the art equipment and individualized care plans.
