CareMeridian Announces Opening of Scottsdale, Arizona Neurorehabilitation Facility
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (December 15, 2010) – CareMeridian, a leading provider of post acute health care alternatives, today announced the recent opening of its neurorehabilitation and supported living program in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 8-bed facility, located at 6512 E. Ludlow Drive, provides services for people who have sustained a neurological injury as a result of trauma, stroke and other related medical events.
More than 50 people came to the facility at an Open House held on November 17.

The facility will provide its clients with a broad range of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy; life skills training, community integration; and behavior management. In addition, consultation with physicians, neuropsychologists and behavioral specialists will be available as needed.
