New Start Homes Joins CareMeridian and The MENTOR Network

(October 1, 2010) CareMeridian, one of The MENTOR Network’s specialty rehabilitation services partners located in California, Nevada and Arizona, is pleased to welcome New Start Homes to their operations in California.  New Start Homes provides community-based living environments, supports and independence training to individuals in California following cervical spinal injuries.

New Start Homes currently serves  35 individuals in southern California, and provides an independence training program, 24-hour nursing care, dietary counseling and an activity program. The services and supports currently provided by New Start Homes will continue without interruption as operations transition to CareMeridian.
